Dubai's delivery drivers spend long hours on the road, often under intense heat, bringing meals, groceries, and essentials directly to our doorsteps.
Yet many of them have limited access to cold drinking water, fresh food, or a comfortable place to take a short break during their shifts.
That's why a resident in our community has volunteered to host a Community Fridge outside his home.
The fridge will provide free cold water and refrigerated food for delivery drivers, workers, and anyone in need passing through the neighborhood. The resident has generously committed to covering the electricity, water, and day-to-day operation of the fridge throughout the year.
What we need now is help funding the purchase of the fridge itself.
The total cost is AED 7,350, including delivery, installation, and first-year maintenance.
Once installed, this fridge will become a lasting community resource — a place where neighbors can contribute refreshments, meals, and support for the people who help keep our city moving every day.
A small contribution from many neighbors can create a meaningful impact for thousands of people throughout the year.
